Please provide information about your living conditions (including eating, drinking and sleeping habits), any infectious diseases you have had and any sensitivities you may have - even if you think that these are not related to your current illness. All factors are important and may provide the best information about which therapy approach would be most suitable for you! Therefore, during our first consultation, I will ask you many questions that you may be a little surprised about. Physical examinations, palpation, tapping and listening can also give me initial information about the current state of your body.

Analyses

Blood:

Detailed laboratory analyses of the blood provide information about the condition:

– the immune system
– the hormone balance
– metabolism
– and many other important factors

Urine and stool:

Through laboratory tests, I get meaningful details about your metabolism and whether there are any disorders

(including protein, carbohydrate or liver metabolism). At the same time, I also find out whether your kidneys, gall bladder and intestines are working properly and whether there are any intolerances or allergies.

Saliva: in some cases, a detailed analysis of the saliva is also useful in order to get an overview of the hormone balance.

These are evaluated according to clinical and naturopathic aspects, which gives me a well-founded overview of your health condition.
