Fee :
The fee is to be paid in cash after each session. You will receive a receipt or, if necessary, an invoice to submit to your insurance company.
- Initial consultation 60 minutes 70 €
- Therapeutic session 60 minutes 90 €
- Therapeutic session 90 minutes 130 €
- Therapeutic session 120 minutes 170 €
Psychotherapy is exempt from sales tax according to Section 4 No. 14 UStG.
- Cancellations up to the evening before the appointment are free of charge.
- In case of cancellation on the day of the appointment, half of the fee must be paid.
- In case of failure to cancel or miss an appointment, the entire fee must be paid.
Reimbursement :
In principle, every client is initially self-payer, regardless of whether the relevant health insurance covers the costs.
Your advantage:
Formalities are not important. For example, when taking out life, disability or supplementary health insurance or when applying for a job in the civil service, questions are often asked about previous or ongoing psychotherapeutic consultations. You decide for yourself how to handle information and data you trust.
Private health insurance
Private insurance providers or supplementary insurance companies reimburse the services provided by alternative practitioners for psychotherapy in whole or in part. However, the services provided by the numerous insurance companies vary greatly. Please check with your insurance company to find out whether and which services are reimbursable.
Statutory health insurance
The treatment costs are not yet reimbursed by statutory health insurance companies.
Therapy can be claimed as a special expense/extraordinary burden in the tax return. Consultations can be deducted from taxes as business expenses.
