Gently change your perspective with Bach flowers

If you are unable to properly express your specific issues in words, I would be happy to start with Bach flower therapy. I use the rod to test on the subtle level of the body which flowers are best suited to you. This often determines the further course of therapy, and the client can talk about and reflect on themselves better and more purposefully based on the flowers tested and the associated issues.
I see Bach flower consultation as an introduction to therapy or use the flowers as an accompaniment to general medical therapies or talk therapy.

38 flowers, each with its own characteristics

Dr. Bach discovered that the vibration of 38 wild plants is able to stabilize and harmonize the human energy field. In Bach flower therapy, as in many other forms of therapy, it is assumed that a physical illness is usually caused by a mental imbalance. This usually manifests itself in destructive behavioral patterns, such as fears (abstract or concrete), insecurity and lack of self-confidence, bitterness, discouragement or hopelessness, lethargy and apathy, anger or resentment, etc. The Bach flower remedies are intended to balance out these destructive ways of thinking and behaving: self-punishment could, for example, be transformed into self-acceptance and indulgence; over-exertion leads to relaxation; fear of the world could give way to trust in the world, and resentment over one's own fate could develop into a self-responsible attitude.

The flower essences challenge us to shape our lives and face life's challenges with self-responsibility. They support us when we are ready.

“Don’t fight, but recognize and overcome, because complete healing only comes from within.”
Dr. Edward Bach (1886 –1936)
